When receiving your package, please carefully check the condition of the parcel before signing for the delivery.
If you notice any visible damage, tears, dents, or other signs that the package may have been damaged during transport, please report this to the courier immediately and make sure that the damage is noted by the courier on the delivery receipt before you sign for the shipment.
Please note that, in the event that the goods inside the package are damaged or items are missing, we can only accept a claim if the visible damage to the package was reported and officially noted by the courier at the time of delivery.
